By accessing or using the Menuovo platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Menuovo provides an AI-powered platform that transforms restaurant menus into interactive conversational experiences. The Service includes menu digitization, AI chatbot functionality, multilingual support, analytics, and related tools for restaurant owners and their customers.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You may not use another person's account without permission.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all menu data, images, and content you upload to the Service (“Your Content”). By uploading content, you grant Menuovo a non-exclusive license to use, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload and share Your Content, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate another person or entity

6. AI-Generated Content

The AI chatbot generates responses based on menu data you provide. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of your menu data. Menuovo is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated responses, including dietary or allergen information.

7. Subscription & Payment

  • Free trial periods are offered as described on our website.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Menuovo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menuovo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
